AMPLIFYING UNDER REPRESENTED VOICES
Creativity is a spark that can transform society. By supporting underrepresented groups—working-class communities, disabled people, and care-experienced young people—we amplify unheard voices, unlock talent, and create richer, more inclusive culture. At Creativity Works, every project connects people, builds confidence, and strengthens communities.
Invest in creativity and help us turn imagination into impact—one idea, one story, one project at a time.
At Creativity Works, we know that supporting underrepresented groups in the arts isn’t just about inclusion—it’s about shaping a fairer, richer society. Many working-class communities, disabled people, care-experienced young people, and others face significant barriers to creative participation, from financial constraints and systemic exclusion to social isolation. Exclusion from the arts limits personal development, reduces representation, weakens community pride, and reinforces cycles of inequality, while underinvestment in creative talent restricts local cultural and economic growth.
Our programmes remove these barriers, build confidence, nurture talent, and create pathways into sustainable creative careers.
Placing creativity at the heart of community development amplifies underrepresented voices, strengthens local identity, supports wellbeing, and contributes to a more inclusive, dynamic creative sector. Supporting these communities isn’t just about equity—it’s about unlocking untapped potential, growing local creative enterprise, and enriching culture for everyone.
